Shipping & Returns

Shipping - Orders in by 5PM EST ship out the same day. We ship Monday to Friday not including federal holidays. We can ship to any address in the United States. We do NOT ship to PO BOX Addresses.  When you place an order, our UPS calculator will estimate the cost and estimated time of arrival of your order.  Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are either actual weight-based or dimensional-weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of UPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns - We do NOT accept returns on ALL sparklers or confetti poppers, all other non-customized items are eligible for return. We do not accept returns on any customized items unless it shows up damaged, then you will be eligible for a replacement. All damaged customized items including custom boards and custom bottle presenters MUST be reported via email to us within 5 days of receipt/delivery with photos and/or a video clearly showing the damage for a replacement at no cost to buyer as we have to file a claim with our shipping carrier. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping and shipped from our location in perfect condition. Any customized items reported damaged after 5 days of receipt/delivery will be subject to a repair cost paid by buyer as any claims with our shipping carrier after 5 days will be null and void.

You may return all other items that is new and unopened within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and a 35% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless the shipment is a result of our error (such as we shipped you the wrong product). Buyer must use UPS to return orders in its original packaging. Please email us the 1Z UPS tracking number of your returned shipment to so we will know when to expect it.

You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of shipping back your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days). If you need to return an item and the error was on our end (e.g. we sent you the wrong item, wrong color or wrong size), simply call us at 800-995-2068 or email us at so one of our customer service representatives can give you a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we receive and process your returned item.
